Accelerator for Matrix Multiplication

TJRPU is a hardware-based accelerator for matrix math, primarily targetting graphics.

It uses signed 4.12 fixed-point values, and is accessible over Wishbone.

A Wishbone-like interface is available over GPIO to allow this to be used with external processors.

In the future, this could evolve into a full GPU with video output.
