A replica of the nominal project with a significant difference - main objective is characterising different sweeps/splits of ReRAM devices (4 shapes - square, rect, hex, circle & multiple sizes - dimensions range between 0.23um to 1.25um). This way we can derive the relationship between these parameters and its characteristics to enable selecting a device specifically to an application.
