With the development of RNA vaccines, the improvement of the stability of RNAs has been a great challenge. Fortunately, circular RNAs show great potential ahead of this challenge. The structural advantage of circular RNAs brings it higher stability, especially against the degradation of exonucleases. Endogenously produced circular RNAs are 2 to 5 times more stable than linear RNAs.
