Traditional digital architectures, like CPUs and GPUs, are based on the Von-Neumann architecture, which has separate memory and processing units. The movement of data between the memory and processing unit results in latency, high energy consumption, and low throughput. In-memory-computation where computations are performed inside the memory emerged as an encouraging solution. In this work, we aim to perform Boolean logic NOR operation leveraging computation-in-memory (CIM) technology.
