gme_cefet/UNIC-CASS_precheck_pmu-circuits
CEFET/RJ's students have recently focused on the use of open-source tools, such as Ngspice, Magic, and Netgen, in order to complete the analog design flow. The main idea of this student project, supported by the UNIC-CASS program, is to design three analog IP blocks of a Power Management Unit (PMU) on SKY130 process: a low-voltage controlled oscillator (by Nicole, an undergraduate student), a current/voltage reference (by Italo, a PhD student), and an low-bias current LDO regulator (by Igor, an MSc student).
